Andrea Lee is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Accounting, and an MBA graduate of Franklin University. With energy and a dream in mind, she stepped away from her full-time career in 2014. Andrea has 25 years of collective professional experience in Management, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, and Business Operations, and Sales.

Andrea has a dynamic personality and is powered by Jesus, smiles, and sunshine. Career life started early, working for CPA firms and business offices in high school, and an attorney during college. Andrea also enjoyed “fun” jobs at amusement parks and retail along the way. Operating a fitness business from 2012-2018, she discovered a passion for helping others zone in on their strengths and confidence so they can grow and enjoy life to the fullest. Andrea brings this passion into all aspects of her life and whatever work she is currently focused on. Andrea loves sharing the knowledge gained through real experiences in life and her career to help others. Andrea’s creative, optimistic, and charismatic demeanor sets her apart from the crowd and has made her the successful professional she is today.

After moving to Florida in 2018, Andrea focused on Accounting Consulting and Real Estate Sales, growing two six-figure businesses. In 2024, Andrea was welcomed at one of the largest publicly traded companies in the Panhandle, The St Joe Company, where she led a team of six Senior and Staff Accountants overseeing 12 hospitality resort and restaurant properties. Andrea worked closely with Executive Leadership, Resort Operations and Management, IT, and the corporate Controllers and CFO. Andrea brought vision and energy to the department, hiring four new employees and creating new processes and systems valued by all.

Andrea currently offers a variety of services through Fly Forward LLC, perfect for businesses and individuals. By helping people and businesses navigate the tough stuff, Andrea finds reward in supporting and cheering on success! Andrea’s primary gifts are lifting spirits, creating momentum, and inspiring hope through:

Andrea grew up in small town Ohio and spent 15 years in the city of Columbus chasing dreams in life and business. She currently resides in Panama City Beach, Florida with her husband Adam. They love spending time on the water, exploring new places, and are genuine adventure seekers!
