The Retreat Registration includes your accommodations at the beach Friday and Saturday nights and optional scheduled activities and workshops. Some meals and snacks will be provided.

Important Information

Breakfast options will be provided for Saturday and Sunday. Plan for the cost of your lunches and dinners Saturday and Sunday. There is a grocery store, drug store, gift shop, and a variety of restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. You will be staying in a three bedroom condo with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry. There is a heated pool and hot tub at the resort! The beach is a short walk across the street via two nearby access points. You will be provided with the resort address and check-in instructions via email once you have fully registered. Some activities will be weather permitting, and may be subject to change.

Room Info

Prices are based on room double occupancy. If you have any special needs please call or email me. I will do my very best to make the accommodations comfortable for everyone, but space is limited. If traveling with a friend, simply let me know and I’ll make you roommates! Otherwise, plan to share a room and a king size bed with a new friend. Alternatively, you may opt for a single top bunk; there are a couple available. There are also a few hotels nearby if you would rather book your own accommodations. Due to the low pricing, the retreat registration fee will remain the same if you choose to stay elsewhere.

travel & transportation

If you are traveling from PCB and would like to carpool, please let me know so I can help arrange. If traveling by air, the closest airport is VPS (Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport). It is approximately 35 minutes from the resort. An alternative airport is ECP (Panama City Beach Airport) which is approximately 55 minutes from the resort. To maximize your retreat experience, an additional night is free of charge if traveling by air. Airport transportation from VPS will be available at a cost of $20 per person round trip. Group VPS airport pickup and drop off times will be announced based on all traveler itineraries. To minimize wait time, plan for a Friday late afternoon/early evening arrival, with a Monday late morning/early afternoon departure. Alternatively, you may rent a car at the airport for your personal transportation; others may opt to share the cost with you.

Parking spaces at the resort are private. Please inform me if you will have a vehicle so I can instruct you where to park to avoid being towed.

Retreat Check-in starts as early as 5:30 PM on Friday and you may just catch the sunset! The Welcome Reception starts at 6:30 PM, but opening remarks will be held until the end to accommodate later arrivals.
